Juan G. Ledo - President and CEO

Mr. Ledo has over thirty years of experience in the computer industry. He spent ten years with the multi-billion dollar Dart Industries Inc., managing the Data Processing and management Information Systems Group at the Rexall/Liggett Drug and Vanda Beauty Counselors divisions. He spent his last three years at Dart Industries as Corporate Manager of Data Processing Systems where he was involved in developing information technology systems for Tupperware, West Bend, Syrocco, Seamless, and others. Prior to founding IMS, Mr. Ledo was Vice-President of Marketing and Systems Support for Minicom Systems, Inc. of Los Angeles, California.

Mr. Ledo is the force behind the company's success. As president and founder of IMS he sets the highest standard of commitment and service toward IMS customers. His leadership and understanding of the market needs have enabled IMS to enjoy significant growth and create a broad customer base.

Mr. Ledo was born in Havana, Cuba and came to this country at the age of 15 to pursue freedom. He is a graduate with honors from University of Southern California and has degrees in accounting and finance, and continued his education at California State University at Northridge in Production and Manufacturing Control.

Peter Jakl - Vice President, Product Development

Peter Jakl has been with IMS since 1981 and has been the force behind the development of IMS products and its strategy. Mr. Jakl manages the IMS/Basic, e-Commerce, and iTeamWork product development teams and provides consultative support to customers in the development of their advanced business applications.

Mr. Jakl was educated at the University of Southern California and joined IMS immediately from college where his courseware included architecture, engineering, and computer science. The results of his work and commitment to IMS/Basic have provided developers with a product path by continuing the life of their legacy applications.

Michael Brezner - Vice President, Sales and Marketing

Mr. Brezner has been an essential part of the IMS management team. His background in retail, distribution and manufacturing lends to his ability to understand the requirements of IMS customers. Prior to joining IMS in 1985, he was an owner/partner in a retail clothing chain for four years, and owned a plastic manufacturing company for ten years. His primary emphasis was in automation and computerizing these operations. Today, his consultative abilities provide clients the experience and understanding required to address their needs.

Mr. Brezner's responsibilities with IMS include working closely with end-users and applications developers in automating large-scale retail and distribution systems. Mr. Brezner attended Kent State and Cleveland State Universities.

Todd Turnham - Vice President, Operations

Mr. Turnham brings over 30 years of top-level operations, administration, information technology, and human resource management experience to IMS. He served one year with Pueblo Internet Bilingual e-commerce Portal and has worked with three multi-national Fortune 500 companies. He has managed international units in Europe and the Pacific Rim. Mr. Turnham's was Executive Vice President of Operations/Chief Information Officer of Western States Imports. Other positions include serving as Vice President & Chief Information Officer of Pic'N'Save Corporation (retail chain with 190 stores), as well as management positions at Carnation International and Dart and Kraft.
